Our shop is open from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday and from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturday.

Sundays we are on call.

To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at by 4:00 p.m. the day of the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Canadian Thanksgiving Day and Victoria Day.

Our shop will always be closed on the following holidays: Canadian Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Victoria Day, and Labor Day.

We are Open Sundays At Holiday Times eg. Valentines, Easter, Mothers Day, Christmas. We are On Call 24 /7 for after hours orders eg.funerals, wedding consultations, maternity flowers etc.

A local delivery fee of $10.00 will be added to each order, for each address. For Niagara Falls, Welland, Fonthill, $22.00, and Vineland, $18.00 will be added to each order. For deliveries outside these areas, the fees will vary.

Orders must be received before 4:00 p.m. in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.

We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.

Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.

We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet.

When ordering products for later pick-ups at the shop, we will require your credit card information. We do not accept cancellations on fresh flower arrangements on the date of the pick-up or delivery. In the event the ordered item is not picked up, we will keep the fresh arrangement in our custody for safekeeping until the next day. If it is necessary to cancel an order, please contact us to cancel the order as soon as possible. If you cancel the order less than 3 days prior to the delivery or pick up date, you will be charged half the price of your order. If you cancel the order on the date of pick up or date of delivery or fail to pick up your arrangement, you will be charged for the full price of your order. For items that were specifically ordered at your request, it is very likely that we will request a cancellation fee even if the order is cancelled 3 days prior to delivery. We will inform you of this possibility at the time of your order.
